1. USE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
This is one of the best remedy to remove dandruff. You can get rid of hair dandruff by properly using the apple cider. Get the four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mix it in the four tablespoons of water and add 25 to 30 drops of tea tree oil. Both of these are very good for your hairs. Lemon juice helps you to keep the PH balanced right and coconut oil helps to keep dandruff away. Get one tablespoon of lemon juice and four tablespoons of coconut oil then make the mixture of these two and apply it on your scalp.
5. JUST KEEP THE STRESS AWAY FROM YOURSELF
Stress can make your immune system weak which caused many problems even hair dandruff.
6. CHANGE DIET TO REDUCE DANDRUFF
To reduce dandruff you should eat those foods which contain zinc, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins B. These foods are milk, sweets, potatoes, whole grain cereals, walnuts, flax seeds, broccoli, spinach, Kivi nuts, red meat, eggs, and crab.
